Lebanon, West Bank, Gaza Strip and northern Israel: July/August 2006 - Services to these areas are extremely disrupted due to the ongoing conflict and no delivery guarantees can be given.
Kuwait: Pro-forma and commercial invoices must be translated into Arabic prior to clearance by Kuwaiti Customs. Delays are expected pending document translation.
UK: Clients sending laptops (including but not limited to portables, notebooks and notepads) within the UK - please refer to Customer Services prior to despatch. Possible delays may be incurred.
Turkmenistan: March '05 - Courier services to and from Turkmenistan have been suspended by special decree from the Turkmenistan Government until further notice. Shipping is now permissible by postal service only.
EU Enlargement:

During the first 6 months of membership Customs in both countries will be actively checking all shipments imported to verify that goods claimed to be of EU origin are indeed of EU origin. In order to prevent delays to shipments please continue to supply pro-forma invoices for all shipments as before.
