| Department Overview | The Logistics department manages the relationship between Crossflight ltd and any Key Accounts. The main areas covered are Customer Service for Key Accounts, Distributions, Event/ Show management and cover of the offsite Mail Rooms. |

General Customer Services duties including
Processing Distributions
Quoting prices using information from an in house system for Distributions and Standard Exports Working in off site Mail Rooms based in London to cover sickness and holidays. These duties will include:
