In the event of any complaint, you are asked in the first instance to contact Martin Patterson, Operations Director at Crossflight, on 01753 776000 or by writing to him at the address above. Complaints which you feel may not be resolved can subsequently be brought to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Customers may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if Crossflight is unable to meet its liabilities.

Crossflight can insure your goods for you whilst in transit should you so require. Being authorised by the FSA means that Crossflight is able to obtain insurance from underwriters on your behalf. Please talk to our Customer Services department on 01753 776000 in the first instance in order to arrange insurance.
Our fee (including the insurance premium) for this service is only 1.4% of the value of the goods plus the shipping costs, subject to a minimum fee (including premium) of £15.00.
Due to the continued growth in the movement of mobile telephones the following amendment to the coverage and premiums charged will apply:-
- In the event that the consignment to be insured contains either one or more mobile telephones, PDAs, Blackberrys or similar devices then the minimum insurance premium per applicable transportation waybill will be £30.00 subject to the condition that coverage will be restricted to a value of £250.00 per one handset or £500.00 per multiple handsets in any one consignment.
There are some items for which we cannot offer insurance. Please check carefully with Customer Services that your goods can be covered in accordance with your needs.
