A leading software house had used Crossflight for some years to ship all its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) products. The work had always been handled professionally and efficiently, so they were quick to turn to us when the European headquarters in the UK took over the marketing from their US counterparts.

Crossflight decided to take in all their stock to our Birmingham warehouse, where we racked it and created a full stock inventory. Our pick and pack team were then ready! Our stock control software (written, as with most of Crossflight's software, by our own in-house team of programmers and analysts) was made accessible to the client.

Whenever one of our customer's resellers throughout Europe need to receive more stock of their marketing products, they now send the information to Crossflight over the internet. We then acknowledge the order within 20 minutes for them, pick the goods, pack them (hence the term "pick and pack"!), update the stock control inventory and ship the items to be with the VAR or reseller by the following day. The goods could be any one, or a combination of, the 1,850 line items we hold for them!

The software house in the UK receives all the information they need in real time. We even place the instruction with them to re-order from their manufacturers by managing minimum stock levels for them. And in the first year, not one mis-picked item or mis-shipped delivery has taken place!
